Improve the quality of your poultry
With the cooperation between our various divisions within the Animal Health Group, we have the right knowledge to expertly guide you as a poultry farmer. Improving health and increasing welfare is an ambition that you as a poultry farmer will undoubtedly pursue. We are more than happy to help you with this. On location we can estimate where the possibilities lie for you to improve the quality for and of your poultry or rabbits. In the Netherlands it is also necessary that you have a 1 on 1 relationship with your veterinarian, where you have the (control) examinations carried out on your animals. Visits can be planned in consultation, where we can also perform vaccinations. We also examine your poultry for numerous viruses such as Salmonella, NCD titers (Newcastle Disease) and IB titers (Infectious Bronchitis). Avecur also carries out inspection visits, allowing us to monitor your poultry faster and better.
Improve feed conversion of your poultry
We focus on improving feed conversion, among other things, during business support. With a better balanced diet, we ensure that you need less feed to improve the feed conversion of your broilers. This saves you extra costs, because your broilers need less feed. In addition to this feed conversion, we also investigate the disease pressure, the feed supplier, the feed additive, the balance per square meter, the daily growth rate, the final weight and the rejection percentage. We manage this data in our LIMS system, so that you get a total picture of the quality of your poultry.
Hatchery expert in the Netherlands
Avecur is a hatchery expert in the Netherlands when it comes to supervising broilers in the Netherlands. As a hatchery, you are obliged to enter into a 1 on 1 relationship with a certified poultry veterinarian. If you choose Avecur, we will provide professional support for your hatchery. A large part of the broiler hatcheries in the Netherlands now fall under Avecur. This way you also know that we actually have the experience to guide and advise your hatchery in the right way and have the practical knowledge to help you out.
